For example after I saw the video David posted that ‘Sitting was the new smoking’. I might respond something like – I really loved seeing your passion, I found it very interesting to watch I noticed my own passion for my health and was grateful for the list of suggestions as I definitely want this to be more of a priority for me. Thank you

In my experience responding in this way is very powerful – it creates greater group connection and safety.
