What makes you different from other trainers?

We aren’t interested in short-term results. We want you to live, love and understand fitness for life. This is why we train all the aspects of what it means to be fit, and live well: Movement, Nutrition, Mental Fitness, Strength and Recovery.

It takes commitment and determination. But if you’re ready and willing, we can get you there.

How long until I see the effects?

The time it takes to see the effects of your personal training largely depends on your goals, fitness level and dedication to the program. However, if you’re consistent with the program, you should start seeing results in 1-2 months. To maximize results and ensure long-term success, we recommend sticking with the program for at least 6 months.

How would I stay consistent while I’m travelling?

Staying consistent with your health and fitness goals when travelling can be tough, but it is possible! Here are some tips to help you stay on track even when you’re away from home: Take advantage of hotel gyms or outdoor spaces for exercise. Plan ahead by researching the healthy meal options at places you’ll be visiting. Stick to your regular sleep schedule as much as possible. Make time for yourself to relax, allowing for better recovery from travel. Check in with a friend or accountability coach to stay motivated and on track. We offer online coaching and can build programs for when your away using bands that you can easily travel with or if you know ahead of time the equipment you will have access to we can customize for any scenario. We can coach you via messenger or even set up live video calls.

Do you offer online calls as well as in-person?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online personal training. With our online sessions, you can access your personal trainer from anywhere in the world and have a one-on-one coaching session tailored to your individual needs. Our in-person sessions are held in our facility and provide a safe and efficient way to reach your goals.

What kind of training and nutrition methods do you specialize in?

We specialize in providing a holistic approach to personal training and nutrition that is tailored to each individual’s needs. Our training methods use a combination of strength and conditioning, functional movements, and active recovery exercises to help you reach your goals. Our nutrition methods focus on creating healthy eating habits and incorporating clean, whole-foods into your diet to help you reach optimal health. All of our programs are aligned with evidence-based principles and designed to be sustainable for long-term results. We start by figuring out your current metabolism and make recommendations based on your goals.

How do you create individualized plans for your clients?

We create individualized plans for our clients by taking into account their goals, physical condition, lifestyle, and nutrition habits. We use this information to develop a training program that is tailored to their individual needs. This ensures that the program is tailored specifically to help them reach their goals in a safe and effective way and also helps them maintain continuity with their training over time. We also provide guidance on nutrition planning, goal setting, and accountability so they can stay on track with their progress and achieve the desired results.

What strategies do you use to keep clients motivated?

We believe in keeping our clients motivated by celebrating their successes and creating a supportive environment. We use a combination of positive reinforcement and goal setting to help them stay focused and take ownership of their results. Our team also provides personalized coaching through ongoing communication, feedback, and goal review. This helps keep them engaged and encourages them to push themselves further towards their goals. Additionally, we focus on providing a variety of programming that is tailored to different skillsets so they don’t become bored or complacent with the same routine.

We utilize our knowledge based on not just personal training courses, but from our amazing connections in the industry to Physio’s, Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Counsellors, Life coaches… This is what we call The TurnFit Method. Our team works closely with clients to understand their goals, physical condition, lifestyle and nutrition habits in order to create a plan that is tailored specifically for them. Additionally, we provide skilled coaches who are dedicated to helping each individual reach their goals.
