Accountability and homework on non-live training days.

At TurnFit, we understand that not everyone is available for live training sessions five days per week. We also understand that some people prefer to work out independently on their own time. This is why we offer both options!

If you choose to do non-live training with us, you will still be held accountable for your workouts and progress. We will provide you with detailed workout plans to follow on your own time, and we will check in with you regularly to make sure you are staying on track. Of course, if you ever need help or have questions, our trainers are always happy to assist you. We want you to succeed and reach your goals, no matter what type of training you choose!
