Jumping Jack – Cardio / Conditioning

Jumping Jacks are a great cardio and conditioning exercise that you can do anywhere. Check it out and let us know what you thing.

Stand with feet together and arms resting at your sides. Jump both feet out wider than hip distance apart while simultaneously swinging both arms overhead until you can clap hands together. Jump back into the starting position and repeat.
