In part one we talked about If you want to check to see if you have the correct posture you need to try this out. Most of us are starting to look like we are developing a hunchback. Sometimes it’s tricky to see that we have this as we are cheating our posture and bending at our lower back to give the illusion that we are standing tall. Give this scapular retraction and depression exercise a try and let us know if you see a difference in your posture.
