Today I wanted to share some of my tips for the lazy person.
Yes, I too am lazy, but… I am also very efficient with time and consistency, which are the two biggest factors for success. I like to sort out my protein and vitamins 1 – 2 weeks at a time. That way each day I do not need to think about what to take, its just waiting ready for me.
