After my first session with David, I immediately saw a difference in my posture and back pain. My muscles were less tense and I learned how to use them correctly for walking and standing. Most importantly, I was able to take a longer walk home,... pain-free! I keep using his exercises regularly and it is making a huge difference. I used to take painkillers for back pain and headaches.
