First – Seated meditation:

Position: David will demonstrate some positions that support your core and offer the most optimal passage of air.

Method: Observing the rising and falling of the abdomen – noting all thoughts and sensations. This can be done for as short or as long as you like. I would recommend start off at a couple of minutes and see how it was for you. Experiment with eyes both open and closed and note the differences.
