All it takes is a little planning and some creativity.

So we are going to include a link to our free gratefulness / time tracking journal. We find that when you consistently write down the things you are grateful for that your brain navigates to more positive thoughts and opportunities.

In our Journal you will also have a weekly time tracker that you can write down what you do every hour of the day. Once you write out what you are doing you can figure out if the things you are doing are serving you or not serving you. You will also be able to rearrange things to have like items grouped together. We find that once we have a game plan that stress slowly starts to dissipate and then it’s easy to take action towards your goals in all areas of your life.

A quick example that I will elaborate on later is muting your phone notifications. Let’s start with just one at a time and ease into this process. Start with your mail. Try disabling badge icon and lock screen notifications. Then set a few times in the day when you check and respond to emails. If you like this then try it with your messenger apps and then social media and so on.
