Try out this great back exercise
Lat Pull 2 sec lower, 1 sec hold, 2 sec release for 1 min total time
1. At the Lat Pull Machine, grab the bar with a wide grip, making sure hands are evenly spaced.
2. Over a two second count, lower the bar to your chest while keeping your core tight.
3. Hold 1 second and return the bar to the starting position over a 2 second count
