Goblet Squats are a great full body workout. Many people use them to build the booty. Try it out

3 second lower, 2 second rise to standing for 1 min total time.

1. Holding a DB at chest height, set your feet slightly wider than hip distance apart, toes angled outward 15 degrees. Over a 3 second count, lower into a squat position.

2. Return to standing over a two second count
