1. Set up a resistance band around a post at shoulder height. 2. Hold each handle, palms down towards the ground, arms extended straight in front of you at shoulder height. 3. Pull the handles towards your chin, sending your elbows out to the side over a 2 second count. Hold for 1 second, then slowly release your arms and return to the start position over a two seance count. Repeat
