Butt Kicks are another great cardio / conditioning exercise that you can do anywhere. You literally are now kicking your own butt during this workout.

Standing on the spot, kick one heel and then the other behind you in quick succession, trying to kick your heel to your butt. Perform quickly enough that you are hopping on the spot while kicking your butt
