Wall Sits are a great way to work not only your legs but your core. This full body exercise will have you shaking. Try it out and let us know how you like it.
With your back pressed against a wall and feet hip distance apart, slide yourself down a wall until your legs are at 90 degrees. Keep your shoulder blades, lower back, scapula, and the back of your head against the wall. Hold this position for the prescribed time without letting your hands rest on your legs.
