Want to tighten up those arms?
A great exercise that you can do anywhere is Bench Dips. You can be out for a walk find a nice park bench and bust out as many as you can in 1 minute. Take your time and drop down slowly 4 seconds then pause 1 second then up 4 seconds. This will give you the nice tight arms you are looking for.
