Everyone needs to squat. If you have ever picked anything off the ground hopefully you did it by squatting down, instead of bending at your lower back. If you look at many cultures around the world they all can squat to the ground no matter the age. So why can’t most of us that have office jobs? The answer is because sitting tightens us up so much and causes so many problems. This is a must do exercise to gain back some of your lost range of motion. It might be challenging for you to do a proper squat at this current moment. If you keep practicing you will get better and better. Give this squat a try and let us know how much you love it.
