My love affair with fitness began in my late teens when I suffered from low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. Training in the gym was my outlet as connecting with my body and becoming physically stronger helped me to build self-confidence and ignited my passion to encourage and motivate others to do the same.
My approach to training and achieving optimal health and fitness is multi-dimensional. Having a strong body aids in keeping a healthy mind, while being in touch with your emotional and spiritual self can be a catalyst for physical change. Fifteen+ years experience as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Esthetician and Holistic Nutritionist Assistant has well prepared me to share this knowledge.
Experimenting with various healing modalities, I have always challenged myself to push past self-imposed patterns and limitations. Travelling and creating visual art have also contributed to my personal growth.
I am excited to now add Thai Yoga Massage to my resume. This amazing healing system combines Acupressure, Reflexology, and Yoga stretching while focusing on the circulation of vital energy pathways. This deep full body treatment promotes a balance of mind, body and spirit to create a complete sense of well-being.
